Marty was first and foremost the nickname given to me by my family and foreign friends, before becoming the community space it is today. After my studies and a year in Australia, I arrived on the Basque Coast in 2008 with dreams of an endless summer.

In love with Australia, I quickly realized that I wanted to live between the Basque Country and the South Coast of Australia…

Choose your surf gear

Choose your surf equipment from our selection of boards (shortboard, fish, mini malibu, longboard, etc.), wetsuits (shorty, 3/2 and 4/3 full suits), and accessories (car racks, locks, booties, wax, etc.)

Confirm your order online

Add everything to your cart and fill in the delivery details (dates, time, address, phone number). Confirm your payment via credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery.

We deliver the board to you

We will contact you by message the day before to confirm the delivery time and address. Upon delivery, we’ll take the time to give you some tips on which spots to go surfing.

We pick up the board from you

Once you’ve enjoyed the waves and your rental is over, send us a message the day before your last day to arrange the location and time for equipment pickup.

You find exactly what you need to surf. Marty is very friendly, informative, and has a great vibe. Fair prices for the area.

We rented multiple bikes and a surf board for our vacation in Biarritz and Marty was the absolute best person to deal with! He was responsive to my questions and quick to deliver what we needed straight to our rental. I would highly recommend using this service. Ask for the cargo bike if you have little kids 🙂

Nous avons loué trois vélos électriques afin d'effectuer une balade à vélo. Dès le départ, nous avons eu l'impression de déranger le commerçant lorsque nous l'avons appelé, alors que son magasin était pourtant indiqué comme étant ouvert toute la journée. Il est finalement arrivé cinq minutes plus tard pour nous remettre les vélos. Malheureusement, ceux-ci n'étaient pas en très bon état. L'un des vélos déraillait systématiquement dès que nous passions sur une bosse ou une irrégularité de la route. Un problème particulièrement désagréable lorsque l'on emprunte la voie verte, qui n'est pas totalement plate et comporte plusieurs passages irréguliers. À notre retour, nous avons signalé ce dysfonctionnement. Nous avons alors été déçus par le manque de considération apporté à notre remarque. Aucun mot d'excuse, aucun signe de regret ou d'intérêt pour le problème rencontré. La seule réponse obtenue a été : « Si vous voulez vous laver les mains, le lavabo est derrière. » Cette attitude, associée à l'état du matériel loué, nous a laissé une impression très mitigée de cette expérience.

Have several times hired a bodyboard and fins along with a wet suit at a reasonable price and Marty and Nino were very helpful and prompt to make sure that they were available when I showed up. Will definitely use the facilities again and Bidart beaches are great.
